Real Impact

Young people don't wait to be handed a cause — they pick one and run it. Real Impact is where TSP's next generation leads, fundraises and shows up for the community on their own terms.

What we do

Fundraising

Youth-led campaigns for causes the group chooses, like the Coolest Thandai fundraiser.

Mentoring

Older members supporting younger ones through TSP's events and projects.

Workshops

Skills sessions on leading a project, public speaking, and organising an event.

Service projects

Hands-on volunteering, from event setup to community outreach.
